On the main level, you will find a generous living and dining room of 40 m2, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to a veranda where you can enjoy the surrounding views. This floor includes 2 bedrooms: the first is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating; the second features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A fully equipped kitchen on this level offers 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available as an extra. A bathroom with bath and shower completes this floor.
On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a second living and dining area with air conditioning and forced-air heating opens directly onto a terrace.
