We have a kitchen with ceramic hob and a large living room with iron fireplace. Finally we find the beautiful riurau characteristic of the rustic farms of the time but with the comforts of today. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. We also have a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a large open terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of the area.

EXTERIOR: It has a large closed plot of about 1,500 m2 with space to park our vehicles inside it. In front of the villa is the large terrace with swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and with outside shower. We have an outdoor kitchen with a covered dining room where we can eat sheltered from the intense summer sun. We also have a full bathroom next to this dining room.

LOCATION: Just 1000 meters from the fine sandy beach of Puerto Blanco Marina. In this port we also find a great restaurant and a chiringuito where we can refresh ourselves with a drink. Located in a quiet urbanization of Calpe.
