  • Located in Calonge, Costa Brava, Villa Ensueño offers a spacious 320 sqm villa perfect for up to 12 guests. You will find 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across two independent floors with separate entrances connected by an outdoor staircase. Each floor features a private well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and WiFi. The villa includes a washing machine and dryer located on the upper floor, plus a baby bed and highchair for families with young children.



    Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, and balcony offering stunning sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool measures approximately 33 sqm and includes an outdoor shower. You can relax with a barbecue on the grill or play on the authentic petanque court while taking in the spectacular natural surroundings.



    Street parking is available nearby. Events are not allowed on the property, and groups under 25 years old are not accepted. The villa is rented as a complete unit only and cannot be divided between floors.

Schöne Villa mit schönem großen Grundstück.

Pros: Das Haus hatte einen wunderschönen Pool und war super ausgestattet für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Leuten. Zum Kochen war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte (große Töpfe, Pfannen usw.). Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos ist wirklich toll! Er reagiert sofort, sobald man eine Frage oder Beanstandung hat. Morgens hat man beim Frühstück Sonne und ab mittags ist die Terrasse beschattet. Wirklich schöne Aussicht vom Haus aufs Meer. Evtl. sollte man noch erwähnen, dass im Erdgeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer sind und im 1. Stock die restlichen Schlafzimmer. Ist für 2 Familien evtl. wichtig. Cons: Für uns persönlich war die Lage nicht optimal, da wir für den Strandbesuch jedesmal das Auto benutzen mussten. Es gibt im Ort jedoch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz der nahe am Strand ist. Außerdem konnten unsere Teens nicht einfach um die Häuser ziehen, da die Villa in einer ruhigen Wohngegend liegt und die Bars usw. nicht fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse sind für 8 Personen ausgerichtet, jedoch kann man den Küchentisch von drinnen auf die Terrasse stellen, so dass auch mehrere Personen Platz haben.
