So that formerly considered family destination and young par excellence, Platja d'Aro has in recent years a major revival. While retaining its young and convivial atmosphere and incomparable nightlife, it has now become a meeting place for lovers of shopping, both the choice of shops is complete. Never mind, this is primarily a holiday destination! The wide beach of 2.5km, restaurants, bars, water park, maritime activities, the marina with its beautiful boats, walks on the dike ... You'll find your happiness! To have lived many years, we will encourage you to move there also "off-season" because the proposed activities are numerous and the period is quieter, more, the surroundings are beautiful. Marked trails, many monuments the mild autumn and spring, the "walkway" along the coast, neighboring fishing ports, medieval villages ... You will not be bored! SITUATION Located in an urbanization set back from the city center, in edge of wood and in a calm and serene environment, this house is close to the famous and charming Mediterranean creeks (200-300m). Sand or rocks, some shade and lots of sun, there's something for everyone! No need to take the car to get around the city center because it is located about a kilometer and a half of your rent, about thirty-minute walk! On the other side, is the beach and restaurants in the town of Sant Antoni de Calonge you will find, probably a bit quieter than Platja d'Aro! THE HOUSE It is in our family house, where we lived for many years that you will stay! Tastefully decorated, colorful and like where you have, done intelligently, and above all full of charm, you will have a pleasant stay! A manicured garden where a lemon mingle, roses, palm trees, a lawn and some rocks will be your happiness and that of your children! The wooden terrace, next to the kitchen, will allow you to have your meals in the sun! There is always a little shadow when needed, and especially ... A view of the sea and the Port of Palamos! Why rent from us? • A concern there? No problem ! We have a friend who makes himself available to help you no matter what, and repair any technical impact. The beach is within walking distance. The pool is outstanding. The house has a charm of its own and you can see its history. It is cozy. The cleanliness was ok, we had to clean some corners quickly upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is everything you need. Unfortunately there was no wifi. Jul 1, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Maison de campagne vue sur la mer Déçus dès notre arrivée, pas de wifi, la propreté laisse à désirer, les toilettes sales, la douche sale, des toiles d'araignée de partout, la maison que l'on croyait moderne par rapport aux photos, pas du tout. Apres un premier lavage de vêtements odeurs d'égouts bref pas terrible, des le 1er jour, nous avons appelé le propriétaire, retour par message : "Je suis conscient que les standards de propreté ne sont pas les mêmes pour tout le monde". Effectivement, placards de la cuisine avec produits périmés qui collent, tiroirs des couverts sales, miettes et autres, sur le plan de travail egalement, machine a cafe avec dosettes et café dans le receptacle de reception non vidés, barbecu sale avec du gras collé de partout, l'endroit de la machine à laver le linge n’en parlons pas... lave vaisselle avec de la nourriture restée au fond, bref les seuls points positifs la piscine et la vue magnifique, malgré les volets, fenêtres, rideaux fermés chaleur dans la maison prevoir ventilateur. ##### Catherine T. Aug 28, 2022 Liked: Location, listing accuracy #### Séjour mitigé entre la belle localisation et la prestation de la maison pas à la hauteur Maison très bien située, proche des plages et du centre ville de Platja avec une vue sur mer depuis le jardin très appréciable! Toutefois, ne réservez pas les dernières semaines d’août, il n’y a aucune gestion des locataires par les propriétaires durant toute la saison estivale donc vous vous retrouverez avec une maison laissée sans dessus-dessous par tous les locataires précédents. Pour nous il s’agissait notamment du canapé cassé, des 2 parasols cassés, d’un transat cassé (2 transats pour 8 personnes, c’est assez limité), du barbecue rongé par la graisse non nettoyée, des poignées de portes qui nous restent dans les mains, et pour couronner le tout d’une piscine trouble à notre arrivée qui est devenue une mare à canard à la fin de notre séjour (malgré l’intervention d’un pisciniste à notre demande, cela n’empêchait pas la baignade mais ce n’est pas spécialement agréable). Aussi, il est précisé de venir avec « draps et serviettes », attention, il faut comprendre que cela inclue les torchons pour la vaisselle, les sèches mains aux lavabos et les tapis de bain car vous n’aurez rien à disposition dans la maison (ceci dit nous avons tout acheté, peut être que ça servira aux prochains locataires). Toute cette situation est essentiellement due aux locataires précédents qui étaient malveillants mais les propriétaires vivent à l’étranger et donc ne peuvent rien régler durant l’été, cela n’aide pas à passer des vacances dans les meilleures conditions. ##### Camille D. Aug 17, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Una casa vivida Excelente ubicación en una urbanización tranquila, muy cerca de la playa accesible a pie según las precisas indicaciones que constan en el anuncio. También puede llegarse hasta Platja dAro caminando en unos 20 minutos. Vistas preciosas y despejadas sobre la bahía de Sant Antoni, desde el salón, el comedor exterior y el entorno de la piscina. Encontramos la piscina recién construida, lo que mejoró mucho nuestra estancia en una época extremadamente calurosa. Aún no se había replantado la zona de hierba, futuros inquilinos podrán disfrutar aún más cuando esté completa la reforma de esa zona, incluyendo las vallas de protección. Tanto la acogida como el check out fueron ágiles y agradables y el propietario fue muy accesible y colaborador en todo el proceso. La casa tiene una arquitectura muy abierta hacia el espacio exterior, parece incorporarlo. También el interior está bien diseñado y permite compartir pero también favorece la intimidad. Emplacement génial, proche commerce restaurant, plage accessible à pieds par des escaliers mais faisable avec jeunes enfants. Maison bien équipé. Propriétaires disponibles. Points négatifs: Pas de WiFi et malheureusement un réseau 4G mauvais dans la maison. Pas assez de transat, il y en a 2 pour une maison accueillant 10personnes je trouve ça juste. Rideau occultant 100% dans les chambres sans volets roulants. Rien de tout cela ne vous empêchera de passer de chouettes vacances ##### Jennifer S. Deux remarques : si on vient avec une remorque, pas de cour accessible (escalier). Le jardin arboré et ses 2 terrasses sont appréciables . La cuisine neuve est fonctionnelle. La plage est belle. Patricia qui nous a accueillie est très gentille. Nous sommes venus avec 3 voitures et il n'y a eu aucun problème pour se garer. Jul 28, 2018 #### Maison très agréable proche d'une magnifique crique Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, fraiche, très agréable à vivre et dotée d'une belle terrasse au milieu d'un eucalyptus, de pins et de palmiers. Plusieurs très jolies criques ou plages sont accessibles à pied mais il ne faut pas craindre les escaliers !... Il ya une jolie vue, c'est calme, aéré..les plages ne sont pas loin...
