"Great property, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful check in help. Had issue with A/C, fixed very quickly. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, paper towel in the kitchen, one extra roll of toilet paper, pool towels and maybe a couple of laundry pods would have been very helpful, especially when traveling from the USA."

"We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!"

"Fantastic villa, just like the photos! Lovely large pool, table tennis and foosball table. Well stocked kitchen with plenty appliances. Comfortable beds with working air con in downstairs and one of the upstairs bedrooms, electric fans also available. Car definitely essential, plenty supermarkets a short drive away. Lac de saint-cassien 20 min drive away, beautiful area for pedalo, kayak and sup board rental. Lovely area to explore with a bit of research beforehand. Visited Frejus 30min drive...

"The villa was fantastic, lots of space both inside & outside, extremely well equipped and a stunning view. The villa is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk, to local shops. Take time to have a coffee in the square before heading to the boulangerie to pick up your daily croissants & baguettes - freshly baked - highly recommended! Our hosts, Laurent and Suze, were very hospitable and helpful. We are booking for next year and cannot wait to visit again."

"This house is lovely, it’s spacious and has a fantastic outdoor area with a large swimming pool. The property manager is lovely and very helpful with quick response times. "A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

"The house and grounds are really impressive and you could look at the view all day House is well equipped especially if you like cooking Pool was a good size and allowed you to cool off when the temperatures rose Drive down from the village took a bit of getting used to but we can confirm it is only a 20 minute walk up the hill and somewhat quicker on the way down Shops and restaurants in chateauneuf are good - check the marche paysant at the base of the old village for local veg produce"

"An amazing villa in a great location. As other reviews have mentioned this is a resort in itself with an impressive infinity pool set into a lovely olive grove landscape across several levels. The views all the way down to the coastline are amazing. Large rooms all with great bathrooms and a really well furnished living space. Good outdoor areas to eat and spend time together. Local Cafe de L'union is great and the delightful Cabris is within a 25 min or so walking distance too. The driveway is...

"The villa is perfectly situated next to the sea with east access to the path and beaches. The rooms are good sizes and the villa was well-equipped. It is a great location for Fréjus and Sainte Maxime and all the beaches along the coast. There are no amenities in walking distance so we did spend time in the car going to Les Issambres for groceries or to Sainte Maxime for the nightlife. Michael was a great host responding speedily to all our queries."
