Vaulted, cathedral ceilings and warm oak floors give the living area real presence, while the huge lounge with spacious sofa seating and surround-sound creates a relaxed entertainment hub for movie nights or music. Slide into the generous, eat-in kitchen — family-sized with an espresso machine, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, water filter and soda stream — and enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats eight. An additional indoor–outdoor living space features a 4m blackbutt bar with bar seating, day beds, extra fridge/freezer, dartboard and handy laundry facilities, making it effortless to entertain both indoors and by the pool. Outside is the real draw: a salt-water, in-ground swimming pool set in a spacious courtyard with built-in outdoor lounges, colourful planting, ample shaded areas and a gas BBQ — ideal for lazy afternoons, poolside chilling and alfresco dining. Mature gardens frame the home and there’s covered/off-street parking for up to three cars. Sleeping up to six guests across three queen bedrooms, the property includes one large family bathroom and practical guest conveniences such as air conditioning in the living area and two bedrooms, overhead fans throughout, NBN broadband, a 55-inch TV and quality cotton linen supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
