"Our stay at this beautiful little cottage set in an idyllic background complete with quiet mornings, fresh strawberries and visiting chipmunks was a much better alternative to staying in cramped hotel while my family was visiting Silverwood theme park. I give our stay full marks and my only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the beds. I would recommend this home to any families visiting the area."

Kayla and Chad (the hosts) were very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated. She even left us a gift card for a local coffee shop.! The place was spotless, stocked with everything we could possibly need, plus thoughtful extra goodies from our wonderful host. Evenings on the deck were magical, watching the sun melt into the horizon. One morning, we were treated to the sight of a family of otters playing—it was pure joy! "An amazing mother daughter getaway! Fishing was excellent! Perch, sunfish, bass, trout, you name it. All from the dock! Day and night we caught fish. The cabin was great, two bedrooms, washer/dryer, AC, stocked full of any item you could need, in a wonderful location in a nice quiet cove of the lake - paddle boards, row boat, floaties, life jackets all included. Owner is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues if needed! So close to Newport for groceries, food, gym, etc. Really a wonderful rental can't recommend it enough!"

"Very well appointed apartment, very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when the a/c initially wasn’t working. Access is from the rear of the building and it was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Recommend better signage."
