Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich renoviert, ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Lage: Calheta ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten die die Insel zu bieten hat. Durch die zentrale Lage und der gut ausgebauten Infrastruktur, ist man relativ schnell im Norden, als auch in der Hauptstadt Funchal (ca. 30 Minuten). Der nächste größere Supermarkt (Pingo Doce) ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, dort befindet sich ebenfalls ein schön angelegter Strand, der sich perfekt für eine willkommene Abkühlung nach einer langen Wanderung eignet.
