Casa Nici, Never ending summer house with ocean views with private pool

A modern 3 bedroom house with a touch of Africa. The house has 2 and 1/2 bathrooms open lounge, dinning and kitchen area. All rooms have big open sliding doors with views to the ocean. Outside is equipped with garden furniture and a private pool.

This beautiful new home has been owned by South Africans so has this mood of african colours with the views of mountain and sea of Madeira island. The warm africa is felt in this home.

We have brought some paintings from South Africa to portray on our walls which makes the house warm and comfortable.

The house has an open plan which makes for good get togethers when on holiday. The keen food makers can prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen looking through the window to see the boats coming in the Calheta harour. I always stop and look when in the kitchen, I try and see if it is the boats that are going out to see the dolphins or the small fishing boats. The lounge has lots of space to enjoy a movie and the 6 seater dinning table is spacious for meals or just sit there and enjoying surfing on the internet looking for the next walk or visit around the island.

Upstairs a 3 double bed bedrooms with one on-suite bathroom. The on-suite bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a big shower. Upstairs in the rooms the light is airy and bright with big sliding doors. In the evening close the windows with black-out blinds.

Outside is a eating area with BBQ next to the pool and at the front of the house is a sitting area with views to ocean and mountain.

Just down the strret is a good walking path to the beach below. This path goes to the Sacchurum Hotel below which also has many anemeties like spa that you can use.

This is a good home for good family holidays or a group of friends together wanting to enjoy each others company.
