The kitchen complete with a welcoming island. Whether you`re in town for work or play, you’ll have everything you need—including a double garage for easy parking and storage. The central location offers easy access to YYC`s core.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels through the day. Neither party nor event will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this property cannot exceed 8 people. The is not smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of selling will in $300 fee for odor removal. No pets are permitted on the property. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property, and proper makeup remove cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
