Our 4 bedroom home in lovely Riverbend is perfect for your next family getaway. 15 mins to Stampede 15 mins to Downtown 15 mins to Zoo 65 mins to Banff National Park This is our personal home that we will not be using for the time it is available to book. What our home may lack in polish (minor wear & tear maybe a doodle on the wall), it makes up for in charm and amenities! Personal items remain in home. The house was not just a place to stay the night, but a home with everything in it. The owner was vey friendly and instructions were given clearly since the date we booked the place. Extremely cheap for the service we received and the place was well cleaned, maintained and well arranged. Definitely book again if it is available for our next vacation." "Beautiful, comfortable home. My family felt right at home after our long days of walking around. Rachel was great kind and helpful and always quick to help when i had a question. Note: Our home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort. In 30+ degree weather it can get quite warm (affecting Bedroom 1 and 2) in which case, windows should be closed during the day with blinds and blackout curtains drawn until the evening. Do not book if you require central A/C. Portable A/C units are provided for the upstairs bedrooms. We will have someone coming to cut grass and do minor landscaping occasionally. Guest must be ok with someone entering the yard.
