Location great, we were lucky with parking but not guaranteed. Even with windows open we were cooking on top level of house & had no control of same. Two washrooms advertised but only one had hot water to shower, therefore bath unusable. Minimal kitchen supplies. Patio door windows completely filthy. An old mattress left out on the deck. The side sidewalk is all ripped up with a bunch of noisy construction happening. No this is no gem.
