"The breakfast was rough. The coffee ran out before I even got there. They were short staffed in the kitchen. The food looked unappetizing. I left before the coffee was replenished. The room was fine, the hotel was loud. There was a dog barking most of the time and the other guests were yelling. The elevators took forever and they seemed ready to breakdown at any time."

"The property was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I really enjoyed the breakfast-especially the waffle machine. Parking was a breeze. I will definitely be returning to this property whenever I’m in the area."

"The property is currently under construction but was still quite clean. The construction crew was considerate of guests. Biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed."

"Good things first: HOLY water pressure! The water pressure is AMAZING for the shower. The location is awesome—close to a lot of things and easy access to highways. Having said that, I’m unsure how this property is rated as high as it is. Room smelled strongly of mold and used oil. It hits you like a wall the moment you walk in. Had exactly one standard sized towel person, and when requested the front desk attendant for one more, she first asked if I had extra people in my room. When I said no, she insisted I bring her the used towel to get a new one. Bring the front desk a used towel from the building across the yard that the rooms are in to get an extra bath towel. Yes. There were used loofas in the bathroom. Furniture was old and chipped. Curtains would not close all the way. No soap to use at the sink. Makeup remover things had brown sticky stains on them. The courtyard had more than one person openly smoking weed sitting right next to the walkway. Night time and day time. You had to walk through the smoke to get to the building. Picnic tables were trashed with empty soda bottles and chips bags. Carpets everywhere, especially the stairwell, had stains all over. Breakfast left much to be desired. I would say “you get what you pay for,” and I’m a fairly frugal traveler, but this place wasn’t cheap enough for what it offers. Tragic situation in there. Don’t stay at this place."

"This property is horrible. The outside parking lot was dirty. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. The tiny lobby was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and urine. The room had the same stale cigarette smell. Marks on walls. Sheets looked clean but I didn’t chance sleeping on them. First and last time ever booking this motel. You definitely get what you pay for."

"We always stay at higher end hotels, but found ourselves unable to find a room due to move out/graduation at the university. We were really nervous about staying here, but were so pleasantly surprised. It was honestly cleaner than a lot of the more expensive hotels! We didn’t even find a stray hair in the bathroom. It had several in room amenities. We were also nervous leaving our fully packed car overnight, but the parking lot was well lit and we had no trouble with anyone trying to break in. I have heard horror stories of cars being robbed in hotel parking lots during college move in/out. The area seemed nice as well. We would definitely stay again."

"The breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, cold cereal, muffins, apples and bananas. I would have liked to see some eggs, bacon or sausage added on."
