The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

This was an utterly gorgeous hotel. I just took one point off of facilities since it could be challenging to book a table in the restaurant and there wasn’t any entertainment or much in the way of communal spaces for the evening, which is sometimes nice to have when you are holidaying solo. The staff were wonderful though, as were the rooms and bed. I’ll definitely be back.
