"First night bed sheet was missing, there is only 1 power plug in the room the other two are not installed yet. mean only wholes in the wall with with naked cables. In regards of the price I would expect a 220V plug, a hair dryer and a safe in the room. nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, but in consideration of the price not justified. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. "

I believe the location of the hotel is outside the city and there are no other local restaurant close to the hotel, everyone probably orders all at the same time. The elevator button isn't working well, you really have to press hard."

"The facilities are really very good and everything is as described in the listing. However, the apartment itself was quite disappointing. It was not clean, there was no sofa as shown in the photos, and it was poorly equipped with bed linens, kitchenware, and other essentials. The chairs were also in poor condition, with the buttons coming loose. Overall, the apartment was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the experience was well below my expectations, and I definitely will not be coming back."

"Minha experiência no Transamérica Collection Goiânia foi excelente. Fiquei realmente impressionada, principalmente, com a limpeza do hotel e com a qualidade do atendimento de toda a equipe. O hotel é lindo, extremamente bem cuidado e muito limpo. Os quartos são maravilhosos, cheirosos, as camas e roupas de cama impecáveis, e tudo transmite muito conforto e cuidado. A academia também merece destaque: é excelente, muito bem equipada e funciona 24 horas, o que para mim foi um grande diferencial. A comida e o atendimento do restaurante foram excepcionais. Quero fazer um agradecimento especial à Ana Carolina, que me atendeu durante a minha estadia. Ela é o tipo de profissional que realmente “veste a camisa” do lugar onde trabalha. Sempre muito simpática, alegre, atenciosa e extremamente profissional. A maneira como ela trata os hóspedes faz diferença na experiência e merece ser reconhecida pelo hotel. Também fiquei muito feliz e emocionada com o carinho que recebi pelo meu aniversário. Ganhei um bolo e uma carta escrita à mão pela equipe. São pequenos detalhes que demonstram cuidado e fazem o hóspede se sentir verdadeiramente especial. Muito obrigada por esse carinho. Sem dúvida, é um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei em Goiânia. É um hotel onde eu ficaria novamente todas as vezes que voltasse à cidade e que recomendo com muita tranquilidade.
