Villa in Nadadouro
The check in process was extremely unprofessional. The google map location on the listing isnt correct so we arrived at the wrong location. We called the number given and were unable to communicate so luckily the property owner helped us out and got his property manager to call me. After mistakingly not using wattsapp (which I opologised for straight away when I was informed) we were shouted at by a very angry and aggresive man named Alex Bouts. He used offensive language on the phone and behaved in a threatening aggressive way in person.He begrudgingly showed us the villa with very strict instructions. Once he calmed down, I asked for an opology which he refused to do. Not the start we were expecting to our holiday and took some time to get over. Anxious for the check out, Alex sent 'Friends' of his to check us out, they were friendly people but strangers to us and spoke little english. We would highly recommend new professional property managers for this villa to prevent this happening to anyone else in the future. As we would never want to meet him again. The villa was very modern and clean, with a lovely pool, located in a quiet urbanisation. The property managers had not run the shower in a while because the water came out orange and spitting initially. Luckily the shower upstairs was fine. A car is definitely needed, Lisbon is only an hour away and nearby Obidos is a must see.

Lovely villa in a perfect location
A beautiful villa which was very clean and had everything you would need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. The closeness of Pingo Doce supermarket which was 10 minutes away meant we were never without fresh fish, meat , salad and wine. It was great to have the swimming pool to come back to after a day at the local beach in Foz Do Arelho, our favourite and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. We would definitely go back again and enjoy the surroundings even more. Whilst there we visited the Bay of Obidos, Nazare and Peniche. The whole area was beautiful and the beaches were stunning.

Fantastic Villa
We had an amazing stay, villa was actually even nicer than the pictures and had everything we needed and it was very secure with electronic shutters on every window and door. Layout was really good and it was spotlessly clean on arrival. Pool was lovely and it's a great base to explore the area. Car is essential as no beaches or restaurants etc within walking distance. We stayed in August and parking at the beautiful lagoon beach at Foz do Arelho was free and easy as long as you are there before 11. Would definitely recommend.

Superb property, location & host.
Modern spacious villa, in a really great location for exploring the fantastic Silver Coast area. Pool area has sun for the best part of the day. The property is immaculately clean, and has all you need to really enjoy your stay .. We literally didn't want to leave, so we'll have to come back.

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was everything and more I could have wanted and expected for a vacation. The house was so clean upon arrival, and the area was so quiet at all times during the day. I would definitely recommend staying and would without a doubt return!

Relaxing stay in lovely modern villa
We had a fantastic stay here. The villa is very stylish and modern, very nice inside too (and also very clean). It is in a quiet and relaxing area with easy access to the beach and surrounding area.

Lovely villa. Car needed.
The villa is excellent, has everything that you'll need for a fantastic stay. Car hire is a necessity to get about and see the sights. We spent a lot of time in the Lisbon area as it was very quiet around and with having young adults with us. The weather was very disappointing for July and my only suggestion would be that pool heating is installed as it didn't get above 19 deg which was too cold .

Relaxing Holidays
The property was very nice and calm as described in the internet. The communication with the owners and the local team was very prompt and always helpful. Although we were only two people, we enjoyed the roominess of the house. We can strongly recommend this vacation house.

Prachtig verblijf aan de zilverkust
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is ruim en tip top in orde met overal airco en een verwarmd zwembad. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen geweest door Olga en Alex (Vlamingen die in Portugal wonen) en hebben ons vele tips gegeven om te gaan bezoeken en lokaal te gaan eten. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, aangezien er weinig op wandelafstand gelegen is. Maar het is wel een prachtige streek om op vakantie te gaan.

Zeer mooie en nette woning, voorzien van alle comfort!! Het zwembad was wel wat koud bij momenten. De communicatie met Dirk verliep heel vlot en de contacten nadien met Olga en Alex waren zeer duidelijk en hartelijk. Zeer mooie omgeving, centrum en winkels zijn vlakbij, op 5-10 min te bereiken met de wagen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schöne Ferienvilla für einen perfekten Familienurlaub. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Foz de Arelho und der Lagune. Sehr großzügiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung Kleiner Hinweis: die wasserdichten Spannbetttücher sind sicher praktisch aber auch sehr unangenehm und Plastikartig - da gibt es bessere Lösungen. Die beschichtete Pfanne in der Küche ist leider nicht zu benutzen, da die Beschichtung kaputt ist - diese sollte ausgetauscht werden

Très belle villa idéalement située
Très beau séjour passé dans cette villa, bien située pour découvrir Nadadouro et ses environs, notamment le lagon très appréciable avec des enfants et la région au nord de Lisbonne. La maison est très bien entretenue et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons notamment apprécié le calme du secteur, le confort intérieur et le système de chauffage solaire de la piscine.

A notre arrivée la maison avait l'air propre mais au fur et à mesure nous nous sommes rendu compte que le sol collé, les porte de placard et les vitres étaient plein de trace de doigts, des morceaux d'ongles coupés dans les chambres, des amas de poussières derrière les portes . Tout d'abord une bonne communication avec Dirk le propriétaire cordial,attentif et réactif. Une fois arrivés sur place vous trouvez une belle villa avec chambres et pièce à vivre spacieuses . Piscine, terrasse et extérieurs biens entretenus. Tout est conforme aux photos visibles dans l'annonce. La zone résidentielle est calme et tranquille près d'une ville où il y a toutes les commodités. Belle région du Portugal avec lagon près de la mer entre Lisbonne et Nazaré, très bien situé! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons vivement!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass das Objekt gepflegt wird. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, sogar TV, DVD, CD und W-LAN. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage/Heizung, sogar die Bäder! Man kann also auch zu jeder Jahreszeit dort seinen Urlaub verbringen. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass der Pool solar beheizt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Dirk war immer super. Trotz vieler Unsicherheiten und Flugänderungen wegen Corona, Dirk hat sich immer um eine Lösung gekümmert. Wir konnten daher einen unbeschwerten Urlaub genießen. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 🙂

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Urlaub in schwierigen Zeiten
Wir hatten trotz Corona und erneutem Lockdown um Lissabon einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön, großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und modern. Auch der Außenbereich ist äußerst gepflegt. Wir hätten durchaus auch 2 Wochen ausschließlich im Haus und Pool verbringen können. Unsere Nachbarn waren ruhige ältere Leute und das Haus auf der anderen Seite nicht belegt. Insofern war es ruhig, bis auf das Hundebellen der umliegenden Höfe, womit man auf dem Land einfach rechnen muss. Obidos, die Lagune und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Aufgrund der wenigen Touristen hatten wir oft den Strand ganz für uns allein, welch ein Luxus. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und sind froh, dass wir trotz der schwierigen Zeit gekommen sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und der Service vor Ort war ebenfalls super. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, den wir nach den letzten Monaten wirklich nötig hatten. Wenn es etwas zu meckern gibt, dann, dass die Poolpumpe etwas leiser laufen/noch besser gedämmt sein könnte, da sie den größten Teil des Tages läuft. Aber das hat den Urlaub und unsere Gesamtbewertung nicht negativ beeinflusst.

The villa incl. pool, terrace and barbecue is really beautiful, modern, perfectly clean and very well equipped and located only a few minutes by car to the sea and some villages with restaurants and cafés. We really enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely recommend it for a relaxed holiday. The owner was always available, responsive and helpful when we called him for some queries. Das Haus in Nadadouro ist perfekt: Es ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Pool im Garten. Man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an der Lagune, am Strand, im Supermarkt oder an der Autobahn, um die interessante Umgebung (Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha etc.) zu erkunden. Wir haben die Zeit mit unseren Kindern dort wirklich sehr genossen!

Ons verblijf in Nadadouro was fantastisch. Het onthaal is hartelijk en persoonlijk. De woning is heel netjes en voorzien van alle comfort. Ze ligt in een rustige omgeving en in de buurt zijn er heel wat prachtige bezienswaardigheden. Bovendien zijn er in de buurt tal van mogelijkheden om lekker te eten. Wil je de zilverkust in optimale omstandigheden verkennen, dan moet je zeker hier je verblijf boeken. Je zult het zich niet beklagen.

Das Ferienhaus entspricht zu 100% den Angaben und den Fotos.
Die Übergabe und die Abnahme haben hervorragend und pünktlich zu den Verabredeten Zeiten stattgefunden. Ein PKW ist erforderlich, da der nächste Strand ca 4 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt ist. In der Nähe am Kreisverkehr ist ein gutes einheimisches Restaurant mit landestypischen Gerichten und Getränken was man jederzeit weiterempfehlen kann. Uns hat der Urlaub aussergewöhnlich gut gefallen und wir können das Haus ruhigen Gewissens jedem weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil
Wir hatten zwei unglaublich schöne Wochen in Portugal in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Einziges Manko ist das Internet. Es ist sehr langsam. Wenn man also auf schnelle Internetverbindungen verzichten kann (was im Urlaub extrem entschleunigt) ist hier in einem super gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
