"Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zum Hafen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, welche man Anfang September unbedingt brauchte. Die Zimmer haben sich sehr aufgeheizt. Das Hylight der Wohnung sind die beiden Terrassen. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen und fragen oder kleine Probleme werden sofort behoben."

"Der Kontakt zu Juan war prima, er war sehr fürsorglich und freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral im schönen Arta, man kann alles dort fussläufig erreichen. Einen Parkplatz findet man relativ schnell in der Straße oder den Nebenstraßen.Gerne wieder, vielen Dank Juan!"

"Pros: All restaurants in area were very good. Also, very friendly people. Cons: Before booking we asked in advance about air conditioners and answer was that in every room they have these. But still in one room air conditioning did not work. This was very unpleasant surprise, because temperature was +30 and more for whole week."

"Pros: The house is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. The kitchen is a little bit outdated but has all you need. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtubs. The pool is clean, unfortunately, we did not use it because we were in February. But we was able to collect fresh oranges and mandarins right from the trees. The house has a central heating so it was always comfortable inside. I would definitely recommend this house. "Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday."

"Overall the experience was good, food was usually great, except Asian night. It was hard to get an iron for the room, and I strongly believe that they gave either only one that they keep moving between rooms, or very few. There was one misleading information on the Expedia website: it says that there is a double bed and a single bed, but when we arrived there they told us that there was no such thing as a double bed. It was not great, as one of the reasons why we chose that hotel was because of the double bed. Expedia should be careful with these informations."
