"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "The villa is as described and well equiped for your needs. Showers are just ok, downstairs shower is tiny and the curtain sticks to you while you are trying to wash. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable (reason for reduction of 1 star), I dreaded going to bed they were that bad. Though I can appreciate I didn't book a fancy villa. The location is great, close walking distance to beach and all amenities. The outdoor area is lovely, we spent most of our time there. The pool is a great size and well maintained, the pool guy arrived twice during our week stay to clean the pool."

"couple of negatives, the fans were not suitable for the size of the villa it was very hot all of the time. The bedding supplied should at least be cotton sheets as the bedding supplied made sleeping very uncomfortable. The swimming pool should have been fully cleaned once per week."

"Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours. So honestly I won’t just be coming to Menorca again but I will be booking the same Accomodation. 5 stars \*\*\*\*\* I would give 6 if I could! "

"The villa was very good and we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and restaurants/bars were within easy walking distance. It would have been nice to have a welcome package of basic commodities on arrival such as water and a bottle of wine. There was no soap,washing up liquid or cleaning materials, which would have been helpful. The guests following us will have a much easier welcome as we bought it all and left it. Other than that, a great villa."
