"The suite was dirty. There was food and garbage under beds. The bedsheets and comforters were either dirty or very stained. The floor felt like it had never been sweep or mopped. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The suite was small and for 3 women there was only 1 small mirror and it was in the bathroom. There was NEVER hot water to shower at night with."

"The rooms were not clean. The floor covering laminate was popping off the floor my sink was broken. Nobody watch minimal tow and watch club. Everything was closed, couldn't sit anywhere. You can hear the toilets on both sides of our room flush. You could hear the staff in the hallway in the morning so loud. You couldn't sleep, and they came into my room twice without knocking. Good thing I had my door locked.Poor standards for a hotel"

"The listing on Expedia says an airport shuttle is provided but it doesn't list which airport. We booked because it had a shuttle only to find out too late it doesn't have one from LAX. "

"It’s clean bit there is no food service between 9 and 4. There is not even coffee-except in the room. Also it’s not walking distance to any food places. It is clean but the decor is dated. I wouldn’t stay again because of the coffee situation and also the AC in the room didn’t work. So you should probably stay at the Doubletree."
