"Pretty good. Overall good staff, great location, and clean rooms. On the bad side, renovations disrupted nap, my prosecco was not present when I arrived, and the lobby smelled super bad a few times. In another instance the owners ( I assume) were hanging out the lobby giving orders to staff in not the nicest of ways, and also treating customers with cold detachment. "

"Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised.
