« The Chalet Falorie was a very comfortable suite with views of the Dolomites. Although it was some distance from the center of town it was no problem as a driver was always available to take us into town and to pick us up when we were ready to return. The receptionists were the best, very friendly and ever helpful. As 100% gluten free we are not accustomed to having so many safe options available for breakfast, it was excellent! »

« Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
