« Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us.
Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway.
Good communication with landlord.
We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away. »

« Manu is a very friendly and helpful host!
The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease.
Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem.
I really enjoyed my stay. »

« Very nice, comfortable room, nice to have the kitchen. Lots of space outside to eat and relax! The kids loved the animals and that it’s clise to Legoland! The restaurant near by was really nice too and also easy to get around without a car. »

« It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. I am not sure who cleans it but it can be off putting. Musty smell through out the building like someone had been smoking in the hall ways and no one opened the windows there after

« The property is modern, furnished and equipped to a high standard and has the convenience of a parking space being included. It is not located in the most convenient or nicest part of Reading and also we did not appreciate the incredibly inflexible no-cancellation policy and also an excessively high damage deposit, which did make the whole experience feel excessively "corporate". « Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located.
We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. »
