### Villa with pool, outdoor bar and balinese bed

Welcome to our single-storey villa of 140 m², located in Cadenet, just a 5-minute drive from the village of Lourmarin, in the heart of the Luberon.  
  
Nestled on a 200 m² plot, this newly renovated home offers a peaceful and elegant setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends (up to 8 guests).  
  
👉 A second adjoining house is also available for rent, offering 6 additional beds. Feel free to contact us for more information.  
  
Our villa features four comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each tastefully decorated in a warm and natural style, as well as two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.  
  
The spacious and bright living area, filled with natural light thanks to large sliding glass doors, opens directly onto the terrace and garden. Inside, you'll find a stylish lounge with inviting sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island.  
  
Outside, everything is designed to help you fully enjoy the Provençal climate ☀️. The large terrace includes a dining area, an outdoor bar, a Balinese daybed, and a garden lounge set next to a private, secure swimming pool. A pétanque court adds a perfect touch for relaxing moments with family or friends.  
  
Access is through a secure gate. A shared parking area is available right in front of the property.  
  
You will be personally welcomed by our concierge service, available throughout your stay. Upon request, we offer a range of personalized services including babysitting, private chef, fitness coach, massage, and more.  
  
This villa is the ideal base for discovering the treasures of the Luberon, including picturesque villages like Lourmarin, Cucuron, or Bonnieux, as well as local markets, vineyards, hiking trails, and much more.
