« The place was great, location was great in country, owner made sure to come check in on us first morning. He was incredibly nice and concerned about our comfort. Ponds has some good bass fishing also for a plus. Great overall experience »

« The property is old and it needs updating for the price they’re charging. Room smells like urine and Lysol. All ice machines were not working on the property. Lastly, because I booked through Expedia they charged me a $75 security deposit in addition to what I paid Expedia. They said security deposit would be returned in a few days and was charged because I went through Expedia. I’ll stay elsewhere next time. »

« My last 2 stays here have not been good. Previous stay, I woke up to remodeling, hammering & banging @ 7:30am.
This place operates on less than a shoestring budget, and the place shows that. My most recent stay, I paid extra for a kitchenette only to find out that it did not include pots/pans, ice trays, dish towels, dish soap...nothing but a filthy miniature microwave and inch-long skinny black bugs on the floor. A complete waste of my money. The microwave had paint/metal peeling off inside...
