« We arrived at 2:15, we had an appointment at 2:45. We asked to check in early for a fee. Was told there was no rooms available at all. There were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. I understand policy but don’t flat out lie. No way all empty rooms were dirty and goi g to be ready in 45 minutes. We changed in the parking lot. They also need to advertise for people that they have two floors and no elevator, it was not a problem for my husband and myself, but I am sure it might be to other travelers. »
