### Villa with large garden and pool in the heart of a historic Luberon village!

Come relax on a deckchair by our pool, surrounded by olive trees, lavender, and other local scents, with a magnificent view of the Luberon.  
  
Our villa features a 2,000 m² garden with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, a large modern living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two independent bedrooms with separate bathrooms, and several terraces and patios to enjoy the sun all day long. The house has been recently renovated, and its interior and exterior, as well as the swimming pool, are brand new.  
  
The property is located in the heart of Cabrières d'Avignon, a peaceful and picturesque village perched on the hills of the Vaucluse mountains. Despite its proximity to the famous Luberon villages, Cabrières has preserved all its authenticity.  
  
You can visit the grocery store and sample traditional Provençal specialties, stroll through the surrounding vineyards, and taste local wines at Domaine de la Bastidonne. You can easily walk to the nearby Forêt des Cèdres, which boasts over 5 hectares of cedar trees, a restaurant, a picnic area, and several hiking trails leading to the Mur de la Peste—a dry-stone wall built in the early 18th century. Our property enjoys a strategic location near the Luberon's most renowned villages:  
  
A 5-minute drive from Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and its famous natural spring, which inspired Petrarch and other artists, and from Coustelle, where a lively market is held every Saturday offering local produce and wines;  
  
10 minutes from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its canals and antique shops, and from Gordes, perched on a rock, with its artisan boutiques, luxury hotels, and refined restaurants, voted the most beautiful village in the world in 2023 by the American magazine Travel & Leisure;  
  
15 minutes from Ménerbes, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, which has welcomed artists such as Nicolas de Staël, Jane Eakin, and Peter Mayle, whose novel "A Year in Provence" made the Luberon world famous; 15 minutes from the charming villages of Lacoste and Oppède-le-Vieux, with their charming cafés and pottery shops;  
  
30 minutes from the Alpilles, the villages of Eygalières and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and the Avignon TGV train station.
