  • 100 meters from the sea, in a secure residence with direct sea access, magnificent garden level completely renovated.
    Facing west and not overlooked, you will enjoy the sun in the garden in the afternoon and can eat outside at sunset.
    The trendy decoration and the open kitchen will seduce you. The bathroom completely redone
     is equipped with a bathtub with shower screen. The bedroom overlooking the garden is equipped with a double bed 140x190 and a storage cupboard with wardrobe.
    The living room is equipped with a convertible leather sofa with a bed for daily use in 140x190 and a new 81cm flat screen TV. The open kitchen with dining bar for 4 people is completely redone and equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
    The garden, not overlooked, is equipped with a table and a living room in woven resin.
    You will have free WIFI in the apartment.

Klein aber fein!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Mit vier Personen wird es aber verdammt eng, vor allem wenn man wie wir das Pech hat, dass das Wetter nicht mit spielt! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben!

Coquette résidence estivale

Une charmante propriété dans un cadre admirable et calme. Qu'il est agréable d'être à proximité de la plage et des commerces, sans avoir à utiliser son véhicule. Quel plaisir également d'être accueillis par une charmante attention : un délice pour nos papilles (confiture maison et cidre local). Néanmoins, petit bémol, le matelas n'est malheureusement pas adapté aux personnes ayant des problèmes dorsaux car il est beaucoup trop mince.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Hier findet man alles, was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen. Mit wenigen Schritten gelangt man zur Strandpromenade. Auch zum Zentrum oder zum Markt ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten bietet die Möglichkeit, vor Wind und Sonne geschützt das Sommerwetter zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier in dieser Wohnung und kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Petit appartement décoré avec gout et bien agencé pour 2 personnes mais qui manque d 'entretien . Nous avons apprécié sa situation à quelques minutes de la plage et de la Promenade Marcel Proust ainsi que le calme et la tranquillité à cette période de l année ! Très agréable séjour dans l 'ensemble!

Excellent séjour !

L’appartement est idéalement placé. Tout près de la plage et non loin du centre. Nous avons tout fait à pied pour nos courses. L’appartement est très propre et agencé avec goût. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Et le livre d’accueil est très explicite. Cécile la propriétaire se rend disponible pour toutes questions. Nous y retournerons c’est certain.

Parfait

Je suis venue avec deux adolescentes et un grand chien. C'est une toute petite location, idéale pour couple ou petite famille. L'équipement est très complet et tout est très propre. La mer est toute proche en quelques minutes à pied. J'ai dû contacter la propriétaire car je pensais que les plaques ne fonctionnaient plus (j'avais mis la sécurité enfant sans m'en rendre compte ...) et celle-ci m'a très vite recontactée. Pour être totalement parfait, il faudrait juste un petit couteau de cuisine et un fouet et revoir le sommier du lit qui pour moi est très dur (mais heureusement le matelas est très bien). Cabourg est une super petite ville où tout est accessible rapidement à pied, où on peut se promener avec son chien sans problème (en novembre, il a même pu profiter de la plage). Bref, je recommande très vivement la location !

charmante location à 2 pas de la mer

la location était très propre à notre arrivée, le petit fascicule d'arrivée nous facilite la vie. Tout le nécessaire est sur place. Le centre ville est accessible en prenant le chemin le long de la plage. Nous recommandons.
