Heated pool, you have a convenience store on the bottom level, breakfast included which has a delicious good portioned variety. Close to a Walmart if you need to purchase anything and an open bar till 6pm on the pool.

Great property! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina. We were very pleased, breakfast was great! Prime location for everything! Would definitely stay here again.

Return client, this is my preferred hotel. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, and always welcoming. Concierge style. Location is key! Walking distance to everything. Menu style breakfast & don't forget to ask for the Matcha sauce-sooo good!

The property is good, I would only suggest two things, clean the drains in the showers from hair and have extra powdered milk for coffees in the room, as you have to open a new filter packet just to get the powdered milk, I think this is a waste.

We stayed at Médano for a total of 3 nights and felt that it was perfect for our needs. We needed to add a night last minute and they were very accommodating and let us stay in the same room. The pool and recreation area was fantastic- the biggest surprise was their massive gym (also open to public) with all the equipment you could ask for. The staff was friendly. Médano is not quite luxury or beach front so if that is what you are looking for there are hotels closer to the beach. Otherwise it is extremely convenient to restaurants, beach, and the marina and I would recommend.

Place looks a little dirty. Maid service not great, forgot towels, etc. Listing says free water bottle, but it’s only two bottles per day. One man at front desk was very nice, but the ladies team were not helpful. Listing says free breakfast. But, it’s only one item from menus in downstairs restaurant. Rest you have to pay if you want anything else. Overall okay average place. Bed was comfortable. I will not stay here next time if I come back to visit.

A clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel near Medano Beach and the marina. Staff were always available and accommodating. Housekeeping does a great job. Nice clean pool area with plenty of comfy lounge chairs and fresh towels. Morning breakfast (included) is coffee, fresh orange juice, and one of about 10 tasty options from menu. Quick and friendly service from Hadassa, Jovani, Jose, and others. On-site restaurants are very good.

The Hotel is great and the staff amazing. Heater pool,have play room, and mini golf and a court like tennis i don't know the name hehe, and also free breakfast delicioso ☺️

Everything was fine except the entertainment in the evenings. If you want to sleep or even watch tv before 10:00 or MIDNIGHT on Saturdays this isn’t the place for you. I do not understand how a hotel can have LOUD bands/singers playing right outside your room…it doesn’t matter which room you’re in! Isn’t the main purpose of a hotel to provide a comfortable place relax? Sorry to say but we would not stay there again.

It was a great place to stay. wonderful breakfasts, centrally located and an amazing gym. Maurico (pool bar), Lali (front desk), Jovone and Jose (restaurant) were great. All staff was great.

Staff is very good. Everything is clean and in good condition. The pool is nice, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, great choices. It's an easy quick walk to the marina and that area. The only 2 things were that the bed is hard as a rock. I didn't sleep well and woke up sore. Poor lighting in the room, we had to ask for a bedside lamp as there wasn't one in the room, just the overhead dim light from the ceiling fan.

Place is super clean staff is super friendly, food on site is super good. Came with a free breakfast with a great menu. The dinner spot was good. Walkable to a swimmable beach (Medano) could walk to marina in 10-15 minutes easy
