Triplex House with Beautiful Ocean View

The property is located in the Peró neighborhood, in Cabo Frio - RJ. It is the ideal place to rest and enjoy your holidays with your family and friends.
It is a very quiet and quiet neighborhood. Praia do Peró is 7 kilometers long, and is popular for surfing and other water sports.
Close to the property, it has small shops, such as bakery, pharmacy, market and also some restaurants.
It also has, bus stop nearby.
The house has a beautiful structure of 3 floors, and they are distributed as follows:
Ground floor: balcony with barbecue, parking space for 1 car, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry area
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with balcony and 1 bathroom
3rd floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
We offer to our guests, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, Internet, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker and bed and bath linen (upon request and for a fee).

Ótima casa. Recomendo!
Excelente localização, fácil acesso à praia. A proprietária sempre muito cordial, responde rápido e busca oferecer satisfação durante a estadia. A casa oferece um terraço muito bom, pena que a escada que dá acesso a esse local é vazada nos degraus, dificultando o acesso a quem não tem muita mobilidade ou possui animais de estimação que se sentem intimidados com a subida.

Imovel novo em uma localização privilegiada e com tudo pertinho. A uns 2 minutos de caminhada da praia do Peró (a melhor praia de cabo frio) recomendo para quem deseja passar ferias sem se preocupar se o imovel que esta alugando está ou não em boas condições, pode ir sem medo e os anfitriões nota mil!!!

Superbe maison, super climat, super séjour :)
On a été très bien reçu par Vanessa et Irani. La maison est neuve, très propre et bien équipée. Il y a plusieurs hamacs. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses. On a bien profité des barbecues sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, paradisiaque :) Je recommande !!!!
