The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "Beautiful location, amazing views, very helpful and friendly staff, especially Juliana on reception. The pool was great, there were lots of chairs and loungers. We liked the breakfast and the welcome drink- the best caiparinhas we have had in Brazil! Our room was nice and we loved the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby and not far to walk to the big beach.
