Los Cedros is a spacious home filled with light and unique spaces, surrounded by nature and tranquility, and perfect for all kinds of families and groups. Its spacious layout offers all the comfort you need, with very spacious bedrooms and two living rooms where you can enjoy fun times and gatherings. the large living room that opens onto the porch is one of the best areas, as it also provides access to the pool; while some cool off, others can enjoy the peace and quiet it offers. The kitchen also opens onto a living area where guests can gather for after-dinner conversations and some much-needed rest. It features three bathrooms—two with bathtubs and one with a shower—which makes it easier for a large group of people to get ready. Let’s talk about its 11,000 m² property, which is perfectly maintained and features a unique variety of trees that shine during the warmer months. On the porch is the spacious pool, designed for both adults and children alike, where you can enjoy wonderful moments. Its location is perfect—a 5-minute drive from idyllic coves like Chamoso Beach, 10 metres from more touristy beaches like La Magdalena, 30 minutes from A Coruña, and 15 minutes from Ferrol, near Ares, Mugardos, Pontedeume, Miño, and the Fragas do Eume Natural Park—beautiful places you won’t want to miss on a perfect vacation. It’s important to note that there are also several large supermarkets just a 5-minute drive away, making daily shopping a breeze.
We’re a young married couple with a wonderful family who love living this way—in the heart of nature, surrounded by peace and freedom. The large cedar trees (hence the name “LOS CEDROS”) give us a sense of peace and privacy that’s hard to find, which is why we love sharing our way of life. Everything becomes easier when you step away from the noise and stress of city life, or when you swim at nearly deserted beaches and stroll through the property listening to the birds and the river that flows right beside us. Our home allows us to live very comfortably thanks to its spaciousness, rooms with large windows filled with light, its large living room where we gather and enjoy big lunches and dinners, and, of course, the pool where both adults and children have a great time, along with the barbecue, so we invite you to enjoy our home and way of life whenever you’d like—we look forward to seeing you.
The convenient location is a real plus, just 5 minutes from the highway that takes you to A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela, Ferrol, and many other places of interest. The nearest house is 60 metres away, and we’re surrounded by neighbouring farms that are native to the area. The Camino Inglés, part of the Camino de Santiago, passes very close to the house. Our community centre is about 150 m away, where you can play on the indoor soccer field or the tennis court, or enjoy a glass of wine or a simple appetizer. We’re surrounded by great restaurants where you can savour and delight your palate with the region’s traditional cuisine—excellent meats, stews, and seafood—thanks to our proximity to the coast.
