Ok, but could be improved
The bed is quite short for tall people. Sound insulation of doors and windows could be better. Wifi signal in rooms is not good. Staff is friendly, breakfast good

A really nice place near the town centre
We selected this hotel on purpose being in between Katowice'a airport and Katowice's city centre as we were having a rental car and our plans were for accessing sites nearby. This hotel was perfect! We enjoyed every bit, we were 4 of us, 2 rooms; really comfortable, quiet at night, very friendly and open-minded staff. Rooms were not large but good average size, with all the amenities supplied, including good Sri Lankan brand tea. The breakfast was superb! The scrambled eggs were some of the tastiest ever we've had in a hotel and the choice was brilliant, always clean and tidy and great quality of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone without doubt, however if you are an average tourist as we are, you will need to have a rental car unless you are then staying in Katowice's downtown where value for money is never as good as was in Boutique Hotels Bytom.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet, umgeben von Wohnhäusern und ein paar wenigen Geschäften. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, allerdings fällt das bei kürzeren Aufenthalten sicher nicht ins Gewicht, zumal es doch recht üppig ausfällt und für jeden etwas dabei ist. Ich hätte mir jedoch frische Brötchen vom Bäcker statt Aufbackbrötchen gewünscht. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist der, dass man bei Regen keinen guten Schutz beim Rauchen hat. Hier hätte ich mir ein größeres Vordach gewünscht. Ansonsten war das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich, das Hotel war sehr sauber und es hat immer gut gerochen. Es wurde mir mit Buchungen und Restaurantempfehlungen geholfen. Die jungen Damen und Herren vom Empfang waren alle super nett und höflich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Zimmerpersonal und die Dame vom Frühstück waren sehr nett. Hier sei besonders die Dame vom Housekeeping erwähnt, die mir die frischen Handtücher gegeben hat, da sie mich mit ihrer Geduld und Freundlichkeit so beeindruckt hat, dass ich mich noch immer sehr über diese Begegnung freue. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sprachen ausnahmslos alle das sauberste Englisch, das man sich nur vorstellen kann. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und gefreut hat es mich ebenfalls, da mich alle problemlos verstanden haben. Was mir wirklich Mühe bereitet hat, war das dünne Toilettenpapier. Hier sehe ich wirklich Optimierungsbedarf mit wenig Aufwand. Ich empfehle das Hotel jedem vorbehaltlos weiter.

If you plan on staying here during the summer, it would be better to stay somewhere else. The hotel is modern, the staff is nice - but it gets so hot in the room that I don’t even know how the authorities can allow it. You will feel like a left behind dog in a car in a parking lot in the middle of the summer. It is like a sauna, but one where you can’t breath. I would have gladly paid for airconditioning if they had it.

Service level depends on who you ask...
The receptionist first told us they only had one size of rooms in the building but a little later they suddenly had bigger rooms. Same things about available fans. First no fans but then another person got us a fan. There is no elevator so if your room is located on the third floor you have to climb the stairs.

Mycket trevligt, rent och prisvärt hotell. Inget intressant i närområdet men nära till både flygplats och vidare kommunikation till exempelvis Katowice och Auschwitz. Även bra och prisvärd shopping en kort bilresa därifrån.

Jestem stałym gościem od 3 lat i nie dostrzegam zmian na lepsze. Brakuje mi klimatyzacji - latem nie polecam nocowania w dni upalne. W pokoju duszno i strasznie gorąco. Otwarcie okien skutkuje, że budzę się od hałasu ulicznego ok. 4.30. Pokoje od parkingu trochę lepsze. Śniadania są miłym zaskoczeniem, na lepszym poziomie niż duszny pokój.

가성비는 최고입니다. 직원들의 서비스마인드가 좋습니다. 객실은 작지만 출장용으로는 적당합니다. 도로변 객실은 차량소음이 있어 반대편이 좋습니다. 조식도 나쁘진 않았어요. 주변식당이 두개정도 있고, 시내에서 5km정도 떨어져 있으니 참고하세요.

Wyjazd służbowy. Hotel zaskoczył mnie pozytywnie wielkością pokoju, wygodne łóżko, duży bezpłatny parking. Mimo pomylonej przeze mnie daty rezerwacji wszystko udało się wyjaśnić z uśmiechem. Śniadania również na odpowiednim poziomie. Minusem jest brak restauracji przyjeżdżamy późno, ale to tylko subiektywna opinia. Polecam hotel, ja byłem zadowolony z pobytu. Jerzy
