Loved the villa and it was SO CLEAN. The staff were great. We enjoyed the pool, mini golf and playing horseshoes! It was really close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Loved this cute little home away from home. The owners went above & beyond with accomidating their guests with essentials needed for cooking a meal, doing laundry, watching a show, & or relaxing in a bubble bath! Really loved the views & thing it was absolutely perfect! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We were here for 3 nights and were in the older units that hadn’t been renovated yet. The rooms are set up like a condo and are very spacious but outdated. There were minimal dishes and one pan and pot for cooking. I expected more cooking supplies since they showcase these have kitchens. There is no oil or spices so you need to bring everything. The staff were great and very polite. The pool area and other amenities were terrific. We played picket ball and the kids played several games when the pool was closed due to weather. Sunday though the amenities window was closed most of the day as it wasn’t staffed. Also when the pool closes they don’t send a text right away so you show up and the gates a closed. There needs to be better communication. I look forward to coming back when the place is renovated.
