The property is simple but nice, staff is friendly. But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for.
They claimed the information about which room we paid for wasn't available to them, but later they agreed it was a mistake. But never refunded the difference which would be £17. We only got the room we booked on the 2nd and last day of our stay.
