I was quite disappointed with this hotel. Sure, the view is stunning, and the staff is kind (as you would expect in Brazil). But the hotel is in need of an update, the walls, bathtub, chairs and bed have seen better days. The rooms are quite run down, to the point that we did not even feel like using the jacuzzi in our suite. The window was broken, and there was plenty of bugs in our room as well as shedded scorpion exosceleton. And, perhaps worst of all, the toilet was not flushed when we arrived. No one wants to become that familiar the previous guest… I have stayed at more than 100 hotels/pousadas/hostels/inns in many different countries. I have never experienced this before. An experience indeed, but not a good one. I was happy we had only booked one night, as I would not have wanted to pay for another night. I think the reason is severe understaffing (we did not see much staff around but the few we saw where kind and helpful) and lack of management and investment. A pousada é limpa e arrumada, possui estacionamento interno e externo. Fiquei no quarto 18\. O quarto e o banheiro são amplos, possui uma ótima varanda com cadeiras, onde pode fazer uma boa resenha com os amigos. A Televisão possui uma infinidade de canais (muito bom isso).Os funcionários são educados, prestativos e atenciosos, com destaque para o Thomaz do bar, gente finíssima, sempre com uma boa resenha, os seus drinks são maravilhosos. Os únicos problemas da pousada são: A pousada, possui muitas escadas, não há rampas e sequer elevadores. Para pessoas cadeirantes ou com outros problemas de locomoção, os acessos são complicados. A pousada deveria ter rampas de acesso, para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção. Outro problema é o acesso a praia. Para chegar a praia, os hóspedes precisam descer duas ladeiras íngremes e depois subir as duas ladeiras para chegar na pousada ou se preferir, não quiser subir a ladeira, pode pagar um uber para levar de volta a pousada. A pousada se localiza a 15 minutos do Centro ( Rua das pedras). O fato de se localizar no alto, no entanto, propicia um dos pontos altos da estadia: o por do sol visto da área da piscina, que conta com uma área ampla, música ambiente e o atendimento de serviços de drinks e petiscos do simpático Tomás. O quarto possui tamanho agradável, com cama confortável, água quente, mas senti que poderiam caprichar mais na limpeza. O pessoal é simpático e prestável, a piscina linda e no café-da-manhã não falta nada. Quando se paga mais de mil reais a diária espera-se no mínimo um local limpo. - Ao começar pelas toalhas do quarto, velhas e manchadas, chega a dar nojo de usar. - Paredes do banheiro e da sacada muito sujas necessitando de uma pintura urgente. - Banheiros da piscina e recepção com mofo nas paredes e cheiro tão forte de mofo que me atacou a rinite alérgica. - Na última noite uma barata apareceu dentro de nosso quarto (mesmo a gente deixando as portas sempre fechadas). Outro quesito que me deixou extremamente desconfortável foi o funcionário do bar da piscina dando em cima de mim escancaradamente. Homens precisam aprender que não é pq uma mulher está de biquíni na frente deles, que ela está o convidando pra algo. A Piscina e a paisagem são os pontos fortes. Os quartos são confortáveis, só precisam de uma dedetização, pois as vezes apareciam umas baratinhas nos ralos dos banheiros. O café da manhã está sendo servido em caixas pra evitar exposição. Apesar de ser satisfatório, isso acaba restringindo as opções. Nem sempre tem bolo. Oferecem 2 opções de sucos naturais. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O Wi-Fi funcionou bem no quarto. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas e cheirosas. O serviço de uber até o centro funcionou muito bem.
