It accommodates up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms. On the first floor is a cozy den with access to the ocean-side deck, full bath, and laundry. The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, access to the ocean-side deck, and master bath. The first floor bunk room has a bunk bed with trundle and access to the ocean-side deck. On the second floor is the living room with plush sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, and dining room with an open design giving it lots of space for gathering. A half bath is located in the hall. The 2nd floor master bedroom has a king bed, master bath, and access to the ocean-side deck. On the 3rd floor is a king bed private master bedroom with master bath, and a private ocean-side deck that has partial ocean views. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. The cleaning service crew needs to do a better job. We had issues with getting the TV in the main living room area to work. After 30 min of trying multiple things we finally got it. However, the TV’s in the bedrooms only had one channel to watch. The house was in a decent location and big enough for my family of 7\. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded. Very short walk to the beach. View from balcony was great. There are a lot of stairs so not ideal for my elderly grandmother. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with someone that may have issues with stairs. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. If you plan on fixing coffee or food you will need to bring coffee filters and anything else you will need. Overall the property was decent but I would prefer it to be much cleaner. ##### Anita J. Upon arriving to the location, this rental property is just what the pictures show. Very clean and neat, they supplied towels and linens. Some detail cleaning would be useful such as under or behind dressers and beds and inside drawers. Found a child’s toy in by the nightstand and some debris in several drawers. 2\. Hot water could be set to a higher temp. It was hot but I like very hot showers. Water pressure was good but temp could be better. 3\. Tv display in main living area was cropped smaller than the picture so that the sides were cut off. I’m not very technical so didn’t know how to fix this. TV was still watchable but I noticed it. Besides the few things mentioned, we really liked the location and we had a better view than we expected. It was great to walk maybe 100 feet and be at the water. Would stay again ##### Bonnie E. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Mike F. 22 sept. 2020 #### Great location The house was actually nicer than we thought it would be, it has lots of outside deck space which isn’t shown in the listing. The only issue was the huge roaches we would see periodically, but the house appeared to be pretty clean. There were a couple of other things (no grill tools though there is a charcoal grill, lack of some kitchen supplies), but I’ll say that overall it’s a very nice place. ##### Mike F. Great location and accommodations. There were a couple of minor issues with the property, but nothing that wasn't handled well by the property manger. There are plenty of places to choose from down there, but this one fit the bill for us. Highly recommend. ##### Christopher R.
