« L’hôtel est parfaitement situé dans un site un peu reculé, et incroyable. Tout est parfait. Le personnel est aux petits soins, parfaitement poli, parfaitement anglophone. Le petit déjeuner est gigantesque et délicieux. Le spa est super. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propre, tout y est. Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire. Nous avons fait plus de 15 hôtels au Pérou, et celui-là surpasse largement tous les autres. On est dans un hôtel de super qualité occidentale, pour un prix très raisonnable. »

« Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion. »

« I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. « Les hôtes étaient très courtois et ont répondu rapidement à nos questions et demandes. Le jardin était agréable avec ses fleurs, les colibris et la vue sur les montagnes. Le lit super confo et toujours de l'eau chaude pour la douche. Un lieu simple et parfait pour un séjour dans le village, à seulement 10 minutes à pieds de la place centrale et des restos. (en passant par les petites rues, vous éviterez les voitures sur la route de l'auberge). Il faut par contre prendre en considération le bruit...

"J'ai réservé une chambre 2 mois à l'avance. J'ai posé des questions quant au transfers depuis Cusco et aux détails de la chambre (messages et whatsapp), je n'ai jamais reçu une seule réponse. Le jour même 3 heures avant le check-in, ils m'envoient un message comme quoi l'hôtel subit une rénovation de dernière minute (clairement, photo à l'appui, elle n'était pas de dernière minute). Ils m'ont redirigé vers un hôtel moins bien complet, acceuilli avec nonchalance. Ils m'ont finalement remboursé sans aucune excuse et j'ai pu trouvé un autre hôtel par moi-même. C'était très irrespectueux et triste à voir. Dommage!"
