It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. Falta mejor servicio El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo pero poco práctico. El servicio es lento (quizas por falta de personal), ordenamos a la habitacion y se demoró mas de una hora, aunque la comida estuvo buena y bien servida. Tuvimos un inconveniente ya que teníamos una salida para machu pichu a las 5 am y a esa hora no había nadie en recepción para hacer el check out (literalmente estaba apagada) un muchacho de mantenimiento que habia por ahí tuvo q ir a despertar a alguien y todo se atraso (casi no llegamos a la estación de tren); además el dia anterior nos prometieron una caja con un desayuno (ya q a esa hora el desayuno no había abierto) y nos dieron una botella de agua y una manzana. La zona donde esta el hotel no es muy bonita pero el hotel en si lo es, jardines y vistas muy bonitas (aunque en la noche es muy oscuro). If you in the area this is the place you want to stay. Decor is very charming and hip. Great view of mountains. Only suggestion would be entrance to hotel parking lot is not well paved and may turn off guest. I would improve and simplify guest entrance and may be relocated the sign. Nossa reserva incluía quarto com lareira, sacada e cama de casal. Quando chegamos o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado não tinha lareira. Ao questionar a atendente, ela procurou outro quarto para nos alocar e foi me mostrar, o novo quarto tinha lareira, mas era térreo. Eu disse que tudo bem, mas que nossa reserva era de quarto superior. Quando nos mandaram para o quarto, foi outro que disponibilizaram, esse sim superior e com lareira, mas daí era de 3 camas de solteiro. Não reclamei mais para trocar. Na primeira noite a luz acabou, fui procurar atendimento para ascender nossa lareira e eles atenderam. Depois de 1hora no escuro, ligaram os geradores, mas vieram em nossa porta perguntar, logo na sequência, se poderiam desligá-los, pois estava atrapalhando os outros hóspedes. Nós pedimos para esperar até às 22:00, pelo menos. Ás 22:30 eles desligaram os geradores. Saímos passear no dia seguinte, ainda pela manhã, informei que retornaríamos perto das 16:00, e assim fizemos. Quando chegamos é que o staff estava limpando o quarto, penso que poderiam ter se organizado para fazer antes, tivemos que esperar uns minutos na recepção e quando entramos no quarto não tinham limpado a lareira e esqueceram de repor alguns itens. O café da manhã é bem simples. Não tem nenhum tipo de bolo ou doce. Somente frutas, iogurte, suco, café e leite, pão, queijo, presunto, e fazem ovos.
