  • Located in Alsace Bossu on the borders of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, about twenty kilometres from the Château de La Petite Pierre, the Lalique Museum in Wingen/Moder, the citadel of Bitche and the Meisenthal crystal factory.<br>The Villabella house welcomes you for a quiet stay, in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, close to nature.<br><br>The capacity of the house is 9 people, up to 11 with a sofa bed.<br>Two baby cots are also available.<br><br>The total area of the house is 285 m², including the terrace (25m²) and the double garage (58m²). <br>Inside- 187m² at your disposal.<br><br>Description<br><br>Upstairs: <br>- 4 bedrooms<br>4 double beds 160 x 200<br>1 single bed 90 X 200<br>2 cots if required<br><br>- a large bathroom with shower and bath + toilet<br>- a large relaxation and work area with a sofa bed that can be converted into a sleeping area of 180 x 200.<br>- a laundry room<br>- 2 balconies<br><br>On the first floor:<br>- open plan living room- dining room- kitchen<br>- shower room + toilet<br>- Large outdoor terrace<br><br>Extendable dining table for 6 to 12 people, fully equipped house with everything needed for normal living. <br>Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster.<br>TNT and satellite TV, Home cinema, Wi-Fi. Wood burning fireplace. <br>Bed linen, towels, hairdryer.<br><br>At your disposal also: electric grill, hot air fryer, gas barbecue, raclette, fondue set.<br><br>The house has a double closed garage with parking spaces in front of the house.<br>The large lot at the back of the house is easily accessible via the terrace or garage.<br><br>House Rules<br><br>Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.<br>Making noise outside after 10 p.m. is prohibited.<br><br>We have prepared the house for you with great care and attention and hope that you will keep it in good condition.<br><br>In general, we are available and reachable throughout your stay.<br>Our usual check-in and check-out times are 14:00.<br>Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific requests. <br><br>Pets are welcome (a small fee will be charged).<br><br>

Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt. Es ist gemütlich und verfügt über vier großzügige Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter, der direkt neben dem Haus wohnt, ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.Unsere Hunde durften wir ohne Probleme mitbringen. Leider ist das Gelände nicht eingezäunt, so dass wir diese nicht frei laufen lassen konnten. Allerdings gibt es genug Möglichkeiten in der Nähe mit Ihnen Gassi zu gehen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu sechst und hatten ein tolles Wochenende, im Haus uns außer Haus (trotz Sturm und Regen) :-) Das Haus ist wirklich klasse ausgestattet, so auch in der Küche, denn wir kochen gerne, aber auch mit Tischtennisplatte und Kicker hatten wir viel Freude.Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.P.S. Dass zwei Vasen zu Bruch gingen, tut uns sehr leid.

Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung (diverse Spiele indoor wie outdoor, Fondue, Gas- und Elektrogrill, Airfryer Senseo und Filter-Kaffeemaschine usw.)Viel Platz im Haus, um das Haus herum und sehr ruhige Lage. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche

Wir dirften eine Woche mit insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und Hund in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen.Der Kobtakt mit dem Vermieter war super, er schreibt schnell zurück und war telefonisch immer erreichbar. Laurant liegt das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen.Das Ferienhaus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist absolut herrlich und man kann sehr gut abschalten und die Ruhe genießen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Objekt und sehr nette Gastgeber

Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern vorab war ganz toll. Wir durften sogar zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Es gab sogar eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine, obwohl nur Wasserkocher in der Beschreibung stand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sauber, angenehm und unkompliziert

Bei unserem Gruppenaufenthalt mit ein paar Kollegen ließ nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und zuverlässig, ebenso die Sauberkeit und allgemein die Ausstattung. Insbesondere hat uns der große Außenbereich sehr gefallen.
