The Villa Linus invites you to relax and unwind on an area of approx. In the spacious living / dining area is a cozy leather sofa is facing the large TV. The dining area is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs. In the 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds upstairs, 1 room with 2 single beds on the ground floor) is plenty of storage space is with many hangers. The kitchen (in May 2016 renewed) with ceramic hob, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, leaves no wish unfulfilled. The bath renovated in 2018, with a walk-in large shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer offers plenty of space for cosmetics. The wider door to the bathroom makes it easier for people with disabilities to use.
The terrace, renovated in 2018 with 6 wicker chairs, a large table and a parasol invites you to cozy hours during the day and in the evening. Relax chairs (located in the woodshed behind the house) allow parents, while their children play or swing in the garden to relax. A large stainless steel grill provides the culinary well-being. A wagon (also in the shed) allows the transport of sand toys and picnic accessories.

EINE SCHÖNE WOCHE AN DER NORDSEE
Schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Lage. Einrichtung ist genau wie beschrieben, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauberkeit,,,,Daumen hoch. Obwohl wir ein paar Tage Regen hatten ,war es ein super schöner Urlaub ( Friesennerz sei Dank 😆). Wir können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für einen super tollen Urlaub 👍👍👍

Tolles Häuschen in guter Lage
Wir haben uns in der Villa Linus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Kurzurlaub genießen dürfen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug um allerlei Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Im Hafen in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden in dem es Lebensmittel und Brötchen gibt. Die Brötchen müssen allerdings vorbestellt werden! Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft.

Nettes Häuschen in genialer Lage
Das kleine rote Dreieckshäuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich ist toller Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge. Die Nähe zu Bremerhaven hat uns wegen der vielen Museen dort sehr gefallen. Frau Gramann war immer für Infos erreichbar. Also selbst im Herbst ist die Nordsee eine Reise wert.

Urlaub an der Nordsee im schönen Nurdachhaus
Das Objekt macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, sehr gemütlich. Die Aufteilung der Räume und die Einrichtung sind sehr gut. Leider (durch Corona ?) keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden (was wir nebenbei erst einen Tag vor Anreise erfuhren). Grundreinigung offensichtlich nicht genau ausgeführt (klebrige Badregale, Staubflusen unter Bett). Anregung für Ausstattung: Zukünftig wären Topfuntersetzer/-Lappen gut.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie war sehr nett und hat sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Agentur war wiederum nicht ganz so nett und eher kurz angebunden. Bei der Sauberkeit können wir nur 4/5 vergeben- da wir den ein oder anderen Essensrest noch gefunden haben. Ein paar Trinkgläser und Brettchen wären noch toll gewesen. Aber alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben ein Familienurlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen gemacht! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gemütlich! An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das Badezimmer ist klein aber modern und praktisch! Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und versicherte uns das es neue Matratzen geben wird ! Woran man erkennt das das Haus auch weiterhin komfortabel bleibt! Wir werden das Haus Immerwieder gerne buchen!

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in der Villa Linus sehr geniessen. Als fünfköpfige Familie hatten wir genügend Freiraum im Haus und die Ausstattung der Küche war hervorragend, sodass wir uns oft im Ferienhaus verpflegen konnten...
