The outdoor area has been redesigned.
Six exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms have been created. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. Each has new bathrooms, completely new furnishings, and new kitchens with dishwashers, glass-ceramic cooktops, ovens, or microwaves with oven functions, etc., or small kitchenettes with a refrigerator, cooking facilities, a microwave, and a sink.

A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage are available for guests in the large garage.
