Spanning a spacious 80 m², this stylish, modern vacation apartment offers you plenty of room to relax, spend time together, and create unforgettable vacation memories.

The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Here, you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa, enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with Magenta TV, or spend fun-filled game nights. The fireplace provides cozy warmth and a particularly homey atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day out in the fresh North Sea air.

In the fully equipped, modern kitchen, you can let your creativity run wild. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a freshly baked cake, or a delicious dinner—here you’ll find everything you need to treat your loved ones to a culinary delight.

Sleeping & Relaxing
The two bedrooms offer you the utmost in sleeping comfort and plenty of peace and quiet. In the first bedroom, a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200 cm) awaits you, ensuring restful nights. The second bedroom is equipped with two flexible single box-spring beds (90x200 cm each), which you can push together if needed. Both rooms feature smart TVs with Magenta TV, blackout curtains, and insect screens—so you can sleep undisturbed and start the new day feeling relaxed.

For our youngest guests, a crib and a high chair are, of course, provided so that the whole family can feel completely at home.

Wellness & Relaxation
The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired: a walk-in shower, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer ensure your comfort. The absolute highlight, however, is the infrared sauna—your personal retreat for pure relaxation. After a long walk on the beach, let the soothing warmth wash over you and enjoy your very own private wellness time.

From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee under the large umbrella or wind down at the end of the day. On balmy summer evenings, the high-quality Weber electric grill invites you to prepare delicious meals together and enjoy time outdoors.

Right in the heart of the resort, a new, modern playground awaits where your children can play to their heart’s content. The popular family lagoon Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for beach days, water sports, or simply relaxing by the sea.

A private, lockable shed is available for your bicycles or water sports equipment. There’s also a bike shed with charging stations for e-bikes—perfect for active exploration tours along the North Sea.

There’s a free parking spot right next to the apartment. An electric charging station is available, offering you added convenience for a sustainable trip. Your furry friend is also welcome—because vacations are simply more fun when you’re together.
