You are a short walk to the Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp and swimming beach with shark net, or the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club where you can play a round of golf, a game of Lawn Bowls, or have a meal with the family. You are only 10 minutes walk from the entry to the Meelup Regional Park which is the start of the hiking tracks which take you to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and the Cape to Cape walk trail. Dunsborough townsite is a short bike ride or 5 minute drive where you have access to a large range of shops and restaurants.

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the wow factor of the property being an outdoor bath surrounded by festoon lighting.  The near-by Meelup Regional Park is home to Kangaroos, possums, quendas, magpies and a vast array of parrots and birds that may visit during your time at Cape Cottage.  The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for your little ones and furry-friend to play safely all stay long.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Excessive noise will result in a forfeit of your bond.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
