Enjoyed the night there. Wifi, service, and area was very nice. Would stay there again when i visit. Highly recommended.

Sub-standard at best
Don't be deceived by the photos. It is nothing like the photos. There was a used bar soap in the bathroom. Body wash, shampoo bottles on the floor. No AC in the hallway Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money.

Fair hotel
You'll find cigar odor inside the room even when they located you in non smoking area, service it's fair, probably you'll get a better deal right across the street in the ibis hotel!!!

Would definitely book again next time.
Great! Car parking attendent spoke English and very helpful. Staff overall friendly but not all spoke English.Room had great ac and also fan. King size bed was spacious.In pic showed water machine but didnt have one. Refrigerator was cold and convenient. Breakfast is toast, korean sausage links,boiled eggs, and cereal with milk, ice tea, and espresso machine.

ห้องที่โรงแรมจองไว้wi-fi ใช้ไม่ได้ เราต้องการเปลี่ยนห้อง ผู้จัดการพาไปดูห้องใหม่ซึ่งเป็นห้องที่เค้าบอกว่าเป็นห้องที่อัพเกรดให้ เราดูจากสภาพห้องแล้วไม่คิดว่าเป็นห้องที่ดีกว่าห้องเดิม เพราะพื้นที่แคบกว่า เตียงสั่นและยุบลงทันทีที่นั่งบนเตียง ไม่เหมือนเตียงห้องเดิมที่แข็ง ไม่ยุบ ห้องมี2ชั้น เตียงนอนอยู่ชั้นล่าง 1เตียง ชั้นบน1เตียง ห้องน้ำอยู่ชั้นล่าง1ห้อง ไม่สะดวกในการขึ้นลง โตีะเครื่องแป้งอยู่ตำแหน่งไม่ดีคือหน้าห้องน้ำ และไม่มีไฟที่โต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง ซึ่งเราไม่ต้องการพักห้องใหม่ ขอให้เปลี่ยนห้องอื่น หรือให้เค้าลดราคาให้บางส่วน โดยเราจะอยู่ห้องเดิม ผู้จัดการบอกห้องเต็มหมด และลดราคาไม่ได้ ที่ทำได้คือรีฟันด์ให้100%และให้ย้ายไปอยู่โรงแรมอื่น เราถามว่าทำไมห้องใหม่ไม่มีไฟที่โต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง เค้าบอกนโยบายโรงแรมคือถอดไฟออกทุกห้อง ส่วนห้องเดิมโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งมีไฟเพราะยังไม่ได้ถอดไฟออก ผู้จัดการสนทนากับเราด้วยท่าทีหยิ่งยโส ไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่พร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือใดๆทั้งสิ้น เราไม่สะดวกที่จะลากกระเป๋าไปหาโรงแรมอื่น เราจึงจำเป็นต้องอยู่ห้องเดิมซึ่งไม่มีwi-fi
