The room was clean and looked good but it was for three people and had absolutely no storage. Our stuff ended up in suitcases all over the floor and we were tripping over it. Also, really, really hated the loo and shower with frosted glass that you can see through. Would be nice to be able to use the toilet with some privacy. You can pull a door across the whole area but it blocks the way out and the sink. The whole room is just badly designed and uncomfortable. Hence the three star review. I bet the people who designed it never stayed in it. The check in wasn't great but apart from that staff and service brilliant. Breakfast nice. Pool area nice with great views out to sea. Area immediately around bit grotty with spilled bins and building work going on. But this will likely change when building work is complete.

We enjoyed our stay in L7 Hotel very much . The room was a bit small for a family of 4, but doable. Hotel is across the street from the best beach in Busan. Very close to great dining selections and shopping.

The property is new. Having some issues with strong chemical smell. Hopefully this will dissipate. Not so bad in actual room. Need to be much clearer when describing swimming pool access in summer. Not included automatically with room rate! Also we booked a town view room and ended up facing a wall with limited glimpses of town. Room 411. However, after chatting to reception, they were kind enough to move us to another room, which was more what we were expecting. The rooms are very comfortable and well provisioned. Lighting great.

The beach is very close to the hotel, so I highly recommend it for those who want to swim often! It's evident that the hotel is new, with clean furniture and rooms. The only downside is a strange smell at the entrance

L7 Haeundae had everything our small family needed and hoped to have. It is conveniently located in walking distance to Haeundae beach, traditional markets, coffee shops and restaurants. Entire facility, including lobby, bathrooms, restaurant and hotel room were clean and beautifully decorated.

It’s a new hotel so it’s very clean but only thing is that they charge for late check out about us$20/hour after 11am. Also they did not allow us to use the rooftop pool saying I should have chosen the package with the pool. I guess nobody really pay attention. There was 0 person in the pool but they did not let us use it. Also we reserved for 4 people but the there are 2 beds barely fits 3 people. I asked them to extend the bed but they said I am the corner unit so they cannot. It was extremely tight with 4 people. They have many excuses and they did not accommodate our needs even though we did not ask anything unreasonable.
