This hotel is 3 star simple and stylish hotel. Very good location and close to everywhere. This hotel is cinema themed property and I loved cool lobby and interior.

Cinema Theme Hotel near Haeundae Beach
Location of hotel is in Haeundae Beach area where there are lots of cafes and eateries. Get off at the Grand Hotel bus stop if taking the limousine bus from the airport. About 8 minutes walk to nearest subway station.

Nice hotel and staff
It is a good hotel in a good location one block back from the beach. Easy walk to the main street and metro. Unfortunately there is prostitution in some of the buildings that surround. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were quite firm, so if you like soft then this is not the place for you. Overall a good place to stay.

Nice Hotel. Friendly Hotel Cleaning Staff.
The Hotel is very nice in general. About 7 mins walk to the nearest Metro Station. The Hotel staff are very nice in general, especially the cleaning stuff. They clean up and tidy up our room very nicely.

5 minute walk to haeundae beach
hotel was quite hard to locate. Room lights too dim. Ongoing construction next door. Room is new and clean. Food outlets and beach was nearby

Great location, for the price expect nothing else
We enjoyed the location of the hotel and all the near by facilities. When we first arrived the room looked clean but reeked of cigarettes, even after propping the window open for several hours. Overall it's close enough to restaurants and beaches in the area. Since it's the winter season hotel prices in the area aren't that bad, but in the summer I'd expect the rate to be double. The staff was very kind and always answered any questions I had. Check out is 11 AM, a little early for me during vacation.

Would definitely stay here again
Hotel and room were very clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The room actually had a working AC, which other hotels in Korea intentionally disabled. While the hotel is near the red light district, the area is not seedy in any way and felt perfectly safe any time of day

The hotel is located right next to a whole block of red-light district brothels, similar to Amsterdam where women stand in the front window. This didn't really phase us but it might not be everyone's cup of tea. What was disappointing was that Our rooms weren't very clean, smelling heavily of cigarette smoke (despite having a non-smoking room) and the bed sheets felt dirty and scratchy. The bathroom lighting was incredibly dim and impossible to use to apply makeup. The strangest feature was that in every room, there is a mirrored feature wall that uses 'two way mirrored' glass. I only know this because my friend who stayed with me is an interior architect and spotted it immediately. Although she said it is likely just an odd choice of design material, it was very creepy to discover this. The hotel breakfast is fairly basic but sufficient, and the restaurant staff were very nice.

I requested non smoker rate. Regretfully Cigarette smell was in the room. Eventually I changed room with no smell. All others were ok. But this was concern..

pleasant stay!
We enjoy our stay here as the hotel cleanliness was good and room was comfort enough. But they only prepare amenties like mineral water, tower, and so on for 2 person in triple room. But basically we have a pleasant stay here!

Good value near Haeundae Beach
The hotel was good overall and I particularly liked the location: near the beach of course (3 blocks from the Information Center, the Aquarium and the main entrance to Haeundae Beach) but also close to many restaurants, the Traditional Market and even a post office. I believe it's also close to a metro station but I found taxis to be fairly inexpensive so I never took the metro.

It's not a high-end, wouldn't expect for the price, basically in&out motel type of hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the street. The room is clean and the sheets/towels are professional and tidy. The bed was pretty hard. The air-conditioning was a bit loud, but bearable. There is a small fridge with two bottles of water (every day) in the room. An electric kettle and dryer are also facilitated in the room. Instant coffee bags and tea bags, tooth brushes and a small lady kit are also included. There are lots of convenient stores, restaurants and bars around. Very close to the beach and Market places etc. About 6-7 min walking to the subway/bus stations. I found the staff are a bit indifferent, but if you ask questions, they will answer. There is a dinning place inside the hotel, for breakfast, it's relatively expensive - for the same price I went to a high-end hotel and had a much better meal.

The air con on the room that I stayed was not working properly. It keep shutting off making the room really hot during summer. The location however was really ideal. Very near to beach if u find out how to walk

Nice clean comfortable hotel
We chose this hotel to be near our daughter who lives in the Haeundae district. We stayed for 2 nights and again for 5 nights (went to Seoul for the weekend). We found the rooms to be very clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke limited English but were very helpful.

We're a family of four and when we arrived we felt the room was much smaller than the pictures on Expedia led us to believe but it was still quite comfortable so no real problems there. The staff were very helpful and efficient, and the buffet breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great stay
This hotel was better than my expectations ... The only issue is getting used to the bathroom and shower as it did not have a tub. Staff was very friendly and it did not feel too foreign. All in all in was a good stay.

Is a good hotel, give it a try ..
As the name suggest it comes with the gadgets that a person on business will need. A fast speed internet, a cozy room that offers comfort and relaxation. Food easily found around its vicinity - reasonable price and taste good. The room that we occupied fits four perfectly well . A short walk to Busan Sealife Aquarium which is also the stop for the city loop tour which ends at Busan Railway Station. So you get to see some places in Busan and at the end of the tour you can drop off at Busan Railway Station and catch KTX to go to Seoul. A real good hotel ...

Good location
Right behind Grand Hotel, convenient to/fr airport by airport bus. Two convenience stores downstairs and within 10-15mins walk to the main street with restaurants and station; 5 mins to to the beach. Though more than 20 love motels around that area and some "hawkers shop" right opposite to hotel, we can comfortable to walk around at night and feel safe.

great location
the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel is near haeundae beach. So while it may be far from most things, the area around the hotel had plenty of cafes and restaurants. It was 5 min away from the beach which was very pleasant to walk around.
