An eight seat timber dining table and leather lounges await you downstairs while the fridge has cold water and an ice making facility. Central air conditioner / heater throughout the house and fans in all bedrooms. There is an outdoor bbq and the front yard is full fenced making it child friendly. There is two living area, one downstairs and a retreat with lounge and television upstairs which is ideal or the children. There is a porta cot and security stair gates for toddlers which can be made available upon request
Direct access to river and able to moor boat on the water in front of house, there are boat ramps within 5 minutes at Mildura and Gol Gol where you can launch your watercraft. Please note we are currently awaiting council approval to landscape the river front and put stair case down to the waters edge.
A 15 minute leisurely walk will get you into the centre of town while the re known Trentham Estate is only a 10 minute drive away.

Check in/ Check out:

The property has a check in time of 2pm and a check out time of 10am.

A late departure fee may be charged to the guest if they do not adhere to the proposed check out time, as this may delay the cleaners, therefore delaying the next guest. If you accidentally break something please let us know so that it can be replaced for the next guest.

Friday afternoon around 2pm the gardener will be at the property to mow the lawns, he will enter through the garage and storeroom to access the lawn at the front of the property.
A $200 fee for key loss will be taken off your bond should this occur.

Management refuses the entry of events such as Bucks/ Hens/ Sporting trips/ Birthday Parties etc.

Failure to comply with these rules can result in immediate dismissal and/or loss of bond.
