"We stayed one night while visiting Mandeville and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and felt very secure, which was important to us. Although our stay was short, everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed it. I had the Caesar salad, my husband had the jerk chicken, and we both enjoyed cocktails. The food and service were excellent, and we had no complaints. Breakfast was geared toward local cuisine, and the staff kindly made an exception for us, which we appreciated. We also noticed the hotel has a fitness center and other amenities that we didn’t have time to use during our overnight stay. Overall, the staff was welcoming, the property was well maintained, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Mandeville."

"Stayed for 4 weeks. Right next door to Jake’s and Jack Sprat. This is a smaller hotel and it was very quiet. For most part it’s like no one else was there, so my daughter and I got the place to ourselves. I liked the quiet and tranquility. My daughter wanted the opposite, so we made friends with the locals and my daughter played with there kids. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, at the beach and exploring locally. We were also able to get our hair braided by off duty employee at a great price. Lots of food choices (pricey but good). I will definitely be returning."

Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded promptly and made sure everything was addressed immediately. "Stunning property and incredible staff. We had a wonderful week at Santosha. They took great care of us and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and property is beautiful. Very well kept with a little bit of something to do for everyone.The only thing we think could improve would be to talk to a staff onsite before the visit to have questions addressed by the team instead of someone offsite. The staff really made the villa special, going above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. "

"This was our second trip to Jamaica, and we specifically wanted to stay away from Montego Bay and Negril—this home was the perfect choice. It ended up being one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made planning very easy. The staff truly made the experience special. Our driver, Howard, picked us up from the airport and we ended up booking him for several local trips—he was outstanding and made getting around effortless. Nathalee, the main housekeeper and chef, was fantastic. She and the team arrived every morning at 8am to prepare breakfast and stayed through the evening, taking great care of everything. The service was warm, consistent, and made the stay feel completely stress-free. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for our entire family, and we would highly recommend it."
