Hotel was fine, however the room was super hot and the fridge didn’t work well

The room was wonderful, clean, and nice. The staff wasn't all friendly, especially in the ski storage room. What I really didn't like was the pool was cold—the water didn't reach 90 degrees, as we were told, and it only opened until 9 p.m., even though the pool was scheduled for 10 p.m. The pool also had three doors, but you could only enter and exit through the game room, which required going out to the parking lot. This was a major inconvenience for everyone staying at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and honestly more than we expected in a good way. Very relaxing trip!
