"I had a rocky start with one of the staff checking me in, he blamed me for calling the wrong number, the one on google maps, to book the room and not the hotel directly because we were told we could have a room they did not have available at the time. We needed room for 3 people. There was also an issue of checking in and out 2 days in a row, because we booked 2 nights. Anyway, it was confusing and he was being argumentative until a co-worker came over and fixed it for us. After that we were fine. Our housekeeping staff was lovely, Myra (I think) was so helpful and lovely. The location is good, the hotel is nice, the food is typical free hotel food. We were there during the world cup, so the morning after the food was pretty much gone but we expected that with how packed the hotel was."

"The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back"

"It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay."
